4. How long does shipping take?

Local Delivery: Estimated 2-4 working days.

International Express: Estimated 8-20 working days.

 

5. Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can choose the option for in-store pickup during checkout. Once the items are ready, we will notify you for pickup.

 

6. Can I return or exchange my products?

We only accept returns or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Received products that do not match your order

We will handle the process as follows:
