Return Policy
We accepts the following reasons for returns:
- Damaged or defective products
- Received products that do not match your order
If you find any of the above issues with your purchased product, please contact us within 7 working days after receiving the product. You can send a message via WhatsApp to (+852) 2799 4984 or email us at info@hftea.com.hk.
Please provide your name, order number, product name, reason for return or exchange, and include photos of the product. Once we verify that it meets the conditions for return or exchange, we will arrange for the relevant process.
If you need to return the product, please use the provided shipping method for the return and we will cover the return shipping fee. If you choose to use an alternative shipping method for the return, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage. Please keep the postage receipt as proof in case you need to contact us.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it within 14 days and arrange for a refund or exchange. The refund will be processed using your original payment method, and we will notify you via email.
All confirmed orders cannot be canceled or exchanged.
In case of any disputes, our company reserves the right to make the final decision.
