Silver Needle, also known as Bai Hao Yin Zhen, is a type of white tea that originates from Fujian, China. It is predominantly cultivated in regions such as Fuding, Zherong, Zhenghe, Songxi, and Jianyang. This tea is crafted exclusively from tender buds, resulting in long, straight needles adorned with silvery-white fuzz, giving it the name "Silver Needle."

The production of Silver Needle tea involves meticulous hand-picking of delicate tea buds, which are then carefully spread out on bamboo sieves to undergo a process of natural withering in a cool and well-ventilated environment. Once they have reached approximately 80-90% dryness, they are further dried at a low temperature until completely moisture-free. This production method ensures that the tea preserves its maximum levels of active enzymes and polyphenols, contributing to antioxidative, anti-inflammatory, heat-clearing, and lung-nourishing effects.

Our Silver Needle tea is carefully sourced from the Zhenghe tea-growing region which boasts a mellow flavor profile and a refreshing aroma. Upon brewing, the tea leaves unfurl, revealing a vibrant green color, while the liquor takes on a pale yellow hue. The taste is velvety smooth, devoid of any bitterness or astringency. It exudes a delicate floral fragrance with subtle fruity undertones, complemented by hints of honey or light nuttiness, leaving a delightful and lingering sweet aftertaste.
